Current service status
Secure in-game and web self-service deletion is available. The receipt distinguishes deletion of game-controlled data from provider-erasure requests that Google has accepted or scheduled for asynchronous processing.
Delete inside the game

Open Slime Slapper and make sure you are signed in to the account you want to delete.

Open Settings, then find the Account section.

Select Delete account, type DELETE, and confirm.
Deletion is permanent after the service confirms that the game account and operator-controlled cloud data were removed. Signing in later creates a fresh Slime Slapper account; deleted progress cannot be restored. If the app reports that deletion is unavailable, use the verified email route below rather than repeatedly submitting the request.
Request deletion on the web
This option is designed for players who no longer have the app installed. It requires a fresh Google verification and a final, explicit deletion confirmation. The destructive final action is labelled Permanently delete this account. If the game account uses only Play Games and has no linked Google sign-in identity, use the verified email request below.

Request deletion by email
Email admin@encryptionjwegames.com with the subject Slime Slapper account deletion. Send the request from the Google email connected to the account when possible and include your Play Games display name. We may ask for limited information to verify account ownership before deletion. Never email a password, Google token, purchase token, authentication code, or full payment information.

- Your Slime Slapper account and sign-in association.
- Cloud save, progression, currency, items, skins, chests, rewards, quests, achievements, habitats, and dungeon data.
- Eligible game-side purchase fulfilment records, market activity, and public game history associated with the account, or de-identification where a security, dispute, tax, or legal record must be retained.
What may be retained
A keyed, non-readable security marker and a deletion receipt may be retained to revoke old sessions, prevent deleted data from being restored, and demonstrate that the request was handled. These records do not retain gameplay or a readable Google identifier. Google may separately retain Play transaction and service records under its own policies. Provider-erasure APIs may accept or schedule a request before the provider has physically finished processing it. Information required by law, security, fraud prevention, or backup expiry may be retained only for those purposes and not for continued gameplay or marketing.
