Privacy policy

This policy explains how EncryptionJWE Games handles information when you play Slime Slapper.

Who we are

Slime Slapper is provided by EncryptionJWE Games. Privacy questions can be sent to admin@encryptionjwegames.com.

Information we process

  • Account information: Google Sign-In or Play Games account identifiers, display name, and information Google shares with your permission. An email address may be used for fresh account verification, but it is not stored as part of the normal game profile.
  • Game data: cloud saves, progression, currency, inventory, skins, chests, rewards, quests, achievements, habitats, dungeon activity, and market activity.
  • Purchase data: Google Play product, purchase-token, and transaction information needed to verify and fulfil purchases. We do not receive your full payment-card details.
  • Diagnostics and security data: app version, device and network information, crash reports, timestamps, and security or abuse-prevention events.
  • App activity and performance data: tutorial progress, first gameplay milestones, screen interactions, session completion, stability, responsiveness, and performance measurements. Firebase Analytics collection is disabled in the current release. Crashlytics may associate diagnostic events with the game's pseudonymous internal player identifier after the authority service verifies the account. Event parameters do not include your email address, Google token, purchase token, display name, or free-form player text.
  • Advertising and consent data: advertising or app-instance identifiers, ad interactions, device and network information, consent choices, and approximate location where Google advertising services derive or make those available.
  • Regional availability data: our Cloudflare service may evaluate the country and, where needed, the first-level state or region associated with a request's network location to enforce where Slime Slapper is offered. This check is coarse, is not a precise-location check, and neither value is stored in your game profile or authority audit records.

Local notification settings and some preferences may remain only on your device.

How we use information

We use information to sign you in, load and synchronize your save, grant rewards and purchases, operate game features, prevent fraud and abuse, diagnose failures, improve stability, measure advertising campaigns, provide support, and comply with legal obligations.

Optional play activity sharing

In game versions that offer Settings > Share play activity, you can choose to help us understand how many players are online and how often they return. This is off by default, is not required to play, and is separate from advertising consent. The choice applies to the signed-in account on that device and is not copied into a cloud-restored save.

If you enable it, the game sends an authenticated activity signal approximately every two minutes while open and signed in. Our Cloudflare game service links that signal to your internal game account and records your first observed activity date, most recent activity time, and days played. The private developer dashboard can show your existing in-game display name and recent activity, together with aggregate online and returning-player reports. These are account-linked records, not anonymous data. This feature does not collect a tap-by-tap event history or store email addresses, advertising IDs, IP addresses or location in its activity records, and does not send them to advertising platforms or Firebase Analytics.

Daily activity history is kept on a 45-day rolling schedule. First and most recent activity dates are removed after 45 days without a new signal, through scheduled cleanup. We do not backfill activity from old saves. Offline play, older versions, and players who do not enable sharing are not measured.

Turn Share play activity off to stop sending new activity from that device and request removal of your account's recorded activity history. If you are offline or signed out, removal retries when the game is open, connected and signed in to that account. Account deletion also removes these activity records. Another device where you keep sharing enabled may send new signals and create new records, so turn sharing off on each device if you want collection to stop everywhere. Existing security, account, purchase and gameplay records follow the separate retention terms below; turning off this option does not delete your game progress or purchases.

Services that support the game

Slime Slapper uses Google services including Google Play, Play Games Services, Google Play Billing, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Performance Monitoring, Firebase App Check, AdMob, and the User Messaging Platform. Cloudflare provides the game account, authority, cloud-save, reward, and eligible marketplace services.

The Firebase Analytics library remains included for build compatibility, but Analytics collection, user-ID assignment, and event submission are disabled in the current release. We will not enable them unless the provider linkage, deletion process, policy, and store declarations are reviewed together.

Meta App Events transmission is disabled in the production game. Slime Slapper does not currently send app events, a Meta user ID, advanced-matching information, or an advertising identifier to Meta. We will update this policy and the applicable consent and store declarations before enabling that service.

Slime Slapper does not ask for or retain a date of birth. Until a neutral age-band method is available, every advertising request receives Google's under-age-of-consent treatment as a conservative safeguard. Ad requests remain non-personalized and capped at PG-rated content. This treatment is separate from a child-directed designation; the game is intended for ages 13 and older.

These providers may process information under their own privacy terms and our service arrangements. We do not sell your personal information.

Storage, retention, and security

We retain account and gameplay information while your account is active and as needed to operate the game, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, and meet legal requirements. We use access controls, encrypted connections, and limited administrative access to protect information. No system can guarantee absolute security.

A verified account-deletion request removes or de-identifies the account association and operator-controlled cloud gameplay data, and requests erasure of configured provider records linked to the game's pseudonymous player identifier. The deletion receipt distinguishes removal of game-controlled data from provider requests that Google has accepted or scheduled. Provider systems may continue processing those requests asynchronously, and we do not describe provider-side physical deletion as verified unless the provider supplies independent confirmation. If secure self-service deletion is temporarily unavailable, the public deletion page displays that status and provides a verified support-email route. A keyed, non-readable security marker and deletion receipt may be retained to revoke old sessions, stop deleted data being restored, prevent abuse, and document that the request was handled. These records do not retain gameplay or a readable Google identifier. Google may separately retain Play transaction or service records under its own policies. Encrypted backups and provider systems may require a limited expiry period before deletion is fully reflected.

Your choices and rights

You can review account information in the game, adjust advertising consent where available, sign out, or request permanent account deletion. The advertising privacy control applies to AdMob and its advertising partners. Crashlytics, Performance Monitoring, and App Check are operational or security services and do not use that advertising consent control. Firebase Analytics collection remains disabled. Signing out or switching accounts clears the Crashlytics player-ID association; completed deletion also clears locally cached provider identity where supported. Slime Slapper is not offered in every country or region. As of this policy's effective date, online gameplay and paid Store purchases are unavailable in Brazil and in the US state of Texas. Account recovery, purchase restoration, privacy, deletion, sign-out, and support routes remain available to an affected account. Availability may change when the applicable compliance requirements can be met. Depending on where you live, you may also request access, correction, restriction, objection, or deletion by contacting us.

Read the account-deletion instructions. Review the current randomized chest odds.

Children

Slime Slapper is intended for players aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. A player must also meet any higher minimum digital-consent age that applies in their country, or have legally valid parent or guardian authorization where local law permits it. If you believe a child provided personal information without appropriate permission, contact us so we can investigate and remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the game, its supporting services, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
